Trash removal is included in your monthly association dues and will be picked up on Tuesday(s) and Friday(s) with recycling being picked up on Tuesday(s).
Yard Waste: Friday(s) from March 1st through Dec. 15th. During January and February, you may place yard debris out with your household trash. Homeowners may place up to 10 yard waste bags per pickup. Additional fees may apply for extra bags unless scheduled as a bulk pickup. To arrange a bulk pickup, please email bulk@elite-trash.com.
Bagging Requirements- All grass clippings and leaves must be placed in compostable paper bags or loosely in a designated, labeled yard waste container. Plastic bags are NOT permitted.
Branches & Limbs- Must be bundled together and should not exceed 4 feet in length or 4 inches in diameter. Land clearing debris is not accepted.
Bulk Pickup: Items that are too large to fit in a trash bin and are under 50lbs. Max of two items per pickup. Please email prior to pick at bulk@elite-trash.com.
Holidays: There will be no collection on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
